MYDF is committed to systemic change by professionalizing the fields of sports and education through high-level capacity building. We provide specialized training for teachers and mentors in modern sports science, pedagogy, and youth psychology. Our pioneering initiative includes bringing the first nationally-recognized certification in sports education to Pakistan, ultimately working towards a formal licensing system for sports teachers. Beyond athletics, we provide comprehensive assessment training, subject-based instructional training, and pedagogy workshops for academic teachers. This ensures that every mentor in the MYDF ecosystem is equipped with the latest tools and methodologies to maximize their students' potential
